Senior Product Manager - Order Management System - Remote

Overview

Tangelo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive our order management system, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations.

In Short

• Report to the CTO.
• Own the product strategy and execution for our order management system.
• Understand the needs of internal fulfillment teams and external partners.
• Define and track key KPIs such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
• Streamline operations for efficiency and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project escalations.
• Develop and implement product launch strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in order management or supply chain logistics.
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on SQL experience.
• Deep understanding of user experience for platform interactions.
• Proven ability to make build vs. buy decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in logistics or food delivery.
