Overview

As a member of the professional services team BC Solution Architect will be responsible for reviewing customer business processes, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.

In Short

  • Manage discovery, analysis, and assessment phases, producing qualified solutions and estimating the work plan.
  • Pre-Sales Solution Engineering, Project Definition, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional/Technical Design.
  • Perform gap analysis between the system's functionality and customer requirements.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or workarounds.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for D365 BC enhancements.
  • Assist Industry leads in estimating the steps in formulating their solution maps.
  • Provide Dynamics functional and technical implementation expertise.
  • Work with the Project Manager to formulate implementation plans and timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years overall consulting and/or technical experience in Dynamics NAV/D365 BC.
  • Experience with modern D365 BC tools such as Telemetry, BCPT, and Dataverse.
  • Experience in conducting D365 system demonstrations for customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of English and high communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies.
  • Leading participation in business process design and complex implementations.
