In Short

  • Responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing meetings with potential clients.
  • Prospecting potential leads and booking meetings with high-quality candidates.
  • Refining pitches and executing seamless handoffs to the sales team.
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies.
  • Aiming to generate a minimum of 20 prospect meetings per month.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Maintaining daily KPIs and logging interactions via HubSpot CRM.
  • Developing and executing effective cold call strategies.
  • Conducting effective pre-screening of potential clients.
  • Identifying new prospects using provided technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or related field.
  • Proven ability to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Proficient in using cold-calling software.
