People & Culture Manager - Remote

Overview

The People & Culture Manager will be the sole HR lead in a craft manufacturing and hospitality environment, responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle and partnering with leadership to enhance organizational culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive HR generalist/People & Culture experience.
• Solid employee relations/labour relations background.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (ADP).
• Strong reporting skills using Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Organized and decisive with a passion for positive culture.
• Union exposure is an asset.
• Bachelor's in HR/Business or related field.
• CPHR designation is an asset.
