Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices, processing sales orders, and maintaining vendor records, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

In Short

• Process vendor invoices through the AP queue.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on PO-related invoices.
• Ensure non-PO invoices are properly approved and paid.
• Manually bill sales orders that do not auto-bill.
• Review vendor account statements and reconcile open purchase orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain communication.
• Perform new vendor setup and ongoing vendor maintenance.
• Complete projects and additional tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work remotely full-time.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Associates or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field desired.
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP systems.
• Ability to work remote with occasional in-office meetings.
