Overview

The eLearning Developer will play an essential role in the on-going learning and development of employees within the organization, focusing on the development of eLearning materials.

In Short

• Hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the office.
• Responsible for developing eLearning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather course content.
• Design and develop learning materials and curricula.
• Conduct quality assurance on eLearning materials.
• Support eLearning material management.
• Develop multimedia supporting materials for courses.
• Work with other eLearning professionals.
• Report to the eLearning Manager.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a training role/function.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong proficiency in the ADDIE model.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with xAPI coding preferred.
• Ability to learn new authoring tools quickly.
• Experience using remote conferencing tools.
