• Owl is hiring for the newly created position of Senior Technical Training Developer.
• Responsible for all aspects of corporate training: customers, partners, and employees.
• Design training content meeting specified learning objectives.
• Develop training content usable for various delivery modes.
• Deliver training pilots and stakeholder training as needed.
• Work within a small but growing team.
• Requires strong experience developing training materials for technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters in a technical discipline preferred.
• 4-7 years’ experience in technical training.
• Occasional travel (~10%) may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in a technical discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years’ experience in technical training for technical audiences.
• Strong general technical aptitude.
• Experience developing training for the US Government, Dept. of Defense & NSA (preferred).
• Strong experience developing training materials for technical audiences.
• Self-paced training development experience or strong desire to learn.
• ILT/vILT delivery experience for pilot testing developed content.
• SE Linux or UNIX operating systems knowledge (preferred).
• XML Schema development knowledge (preferred).
• Computer network concepts knowledge (preferred).
