Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Strategic Transformation and Delivery Leader to join our global cybersecurity organization. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic enabler, supporting the CISO and Security Leadership Team (SLT) in shaping and executing our cybersecurity strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Program management, security risk management.
• 5+ years' experience with shared services model and managed security services.
• 5+ years' experience in service delivery management.
• Experience with security governance frameworks like ISO2700x, NIST.
• Excellent presentation skills for various audiences.
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage work with limited oversight.
• Strong leadership skills in managing large-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Ability to develop long-term strategies and tactical plans.
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/ML technologies.
• Willingness to travel 25% and work during weekends/non-business hours.
