• Detail-oriented and analytical Processing Data Analyst role.
• Support and enhance Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) workflows.

• Conduct QA testing on complex contracts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data operations or related roles.
• Experience with customer service ticketing systems like Jira.
• Familiarity with operational metrics and reporting.
• Experience in a cross-functional operations or data-focused team.
• Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
