In Short

  • Resolve complex support issues from merchants via email, Slack, and chat.
  • Own ticket triage & prioritization, identifying root causes of issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to invoicing and payments.
  • Identify patterns and recurring issues, providing insights to Product & Engineering.
  • Educate and empower merchants on best practices for using Tabs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering & Contract Operations.
  • Contribute to internal documentation to improve processes.
  • Drive improvements and proactively prevent recurring issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a support or technical support role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting API or ERP issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high ticket volume with quality responses.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like HubSpot or Zendesk.
  • SQL or data querying experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some level of out-of-hours coverage required.
