People Projects Lead - Remote

Overview

The People Projects Lead will drive company-critical People initiatives end-to-end, owning processes like onboarding/offboarding, performance & budget reviews, engagement surveys, and policy readiness for IPO.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional People projects from problem definition to launch.
• Own bi-annual Performance Review and Budget Review cycles.
• Write crisp BRDs and process specs for the development team.
• Build simple internal tools and automations with low-/no-code.
• Manage recurring surveys and follow-up actions.
• Partner with Legal/Finance/Security to develop People policies.
• Produce reliable project reporting and updates.

Requirements

• Experience in program/project management or technical product/ops roles.
• Familiarity with People processes and HRIS.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives.
• Strong systems mindset and process mapping skills.
• Ability to write excellent BRDs and process documents.
• Hands-on with low-/no-code tools and admin consoles.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
