In Short

• Leadership and ownership of CUBE’s end-to-end implementation projects.
• Lead customer facing meetings to present project status updates.
• Ensure unrivaled customer service and retention.
• Support effective transition to Business As Usual (BAU).
• Work closely with internal functions to ensure all requirements are satisfied.
• Maintain and develop new relationships with partners.
• Perform UAT testing of customer releases.
• Gather and document customer enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Project management experience in the financial sector.
• Exposure to Risk and Compliance based implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery.
• Experience using agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Understanding of digital transformation concepts.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements.
• Prior experience in consulting firms or technology vendors.
• Understanding of financial services regulations.
• Organized and customer-centric.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities.
