Capital Markets Lawyer (6 Months Project) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented capital markets lawyer for a 6-month project engagement to support our dynamic team on a flagship capital market transaction for the Middle East region.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing key internal corporate documents.
• Play a key role in the internal due diligence process.
• Support in drafting and reviewing transaction documents.
• Assist in preparing materials for shareholder communications.
• Help coordinate with various internal departments.
• Track key milestones and deliverables related to legal workstreams.
• Assist in preparing materials for board and committee meetings.
• Support in ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the legal review of marketing materials.
• Engagement duration of 6 months with potential to extend.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in a common law or civil law jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets.
• Experience supporting various stages of IPOs.
• Good understanding of securities laws and regulations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel to Dubai and Riyadh as required.
