Overview

The Thermography Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the infrared (IR) thermography program across our data center portfolio, ensuring effective implementation of predictive maintenance strategies and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Level III Infrared Thermography Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in infrared thermography.
• Strong knowledge of ASNT SNT-TC-1A and NFPA 70B.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 33% domestically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor teams.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
