Program Manager - Remote

Overview

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee delivering IT solutions to users within our Department of Veterans Affairs client, ensuring products meet high-quality standards.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of program and product delivery.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of complex programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in all phases of product development.
• Engage with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the primary advisor to executive leadership.
• Establish relationships with external stakeholders and vendors.
• Mentor junior staff and stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of project management and Agile best practices required.
• Develop and implement remediation plans for identified gaps.
• Regularly report on status, risks, and progress to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience (degree may substitute for 8 years).
• Formal Agile or PM Certification preferred.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities and policy updates.
• Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with industry experts to stay updated on accessibility developments.
