Overview

The Health Information Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of legal health records, ensuring compliance, quality, and process improvement within the Health Information Management Department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in HIM Department operations or a relevant degree.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Health Information Technology.
• Preferred: RHIT or CHDA credentials.
• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 11-20 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
