The Operations Director plans, organizes, directs, oversees and manages the operations of the Health Information Management (HIM) Department, ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies and optimizing service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum Associates degree in Health Information Management.
• Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Technician (RHIT).
• 3 years of experience in operations in an acute care hospital.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to optimize operational efficiency.
• Experience with health information systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
