Overview

We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our global team, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing large-scale distributed systems while ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

In Short

  • Design scalable and autonomous infrastructures for high-demand workloads.
  • Develop innovative CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and efficient deliveries.
  • Lead the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Define reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs, SLAs) to maximize system resilience.
  • Conduct post-mortems to promote continuous learning and implement preventive actions.
  • Architect scalable and resilient solutions, preparing systems for failures.
  • Design highly available solutions on clouds like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Create observability platforms integrating metrics, logs, and distributed tracing.
  • Optimize infrastructure costs while balancing efficiency and performance.
  • Act as a technical mentor, guiding engineers and development teams.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Solid experience in architecture, automation, and scalability of distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Advanced skills in programming languages like Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Deep knowledge in networking, load balancing, DNS, and security practices.
  • Experience with monitoring, tracing, and logging tools for distributed systems.
  • Practical experience with incident response and chaos engineering.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
