In Short

• Focus on farmers as partners, generating demand for products.
• Responsible for implementing seed campaigns and achieving sales targets.
• Conduct sales transactions with assigned farmers in the sales area.
• Manage sales processes according to seasonal planning.
• Provide agronomic advice using Syngenta's digital services.
• Market the Syngenta portfolio in coordination with the regional manager.
• Maintain customer data through daily use of CRM systems.
• Report on demand development and logistics issues to the regional manager.
• Build strong professional relationships with farmers based on expertise and trust.

Requirements

• Education in agriculture.
• Strong customer orientation and sales affinity, ideally in the seed sector.
• Good knowledge of crop production or a strong interest in acquiring it.
• Affinity for using digital tools for sales support.
• Structured, implementation-oriented, and team-oriented work style.
• Sales and negotiation talent with an understanding of customer needs.
• Very good German language skills.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Willingness to travel within the sales area to support customers.
