As a Business Analyst at Syngenta Group, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within the Crop Protection Research and Development sector, enabling innovative product delivery and stakeholder engagement.

In Short

• Deliver impactful transformation across Product Biology.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change roadmap creation.
• Collaborate with IT and science teams on multi-million dollar investments.
• Define and maintain a 3 to 5 year IT strategy.
• Create FAIR data products and manage Epic level backlogs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• 2+ years in Agile (ideally DevOps) environments.
• Experience in life sciences R&D is desirable.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and uncertainty.
• University Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluency in English.
