DevOps Developer - Remote

Overview

Sync.com is looking for a decisive and insightful DevOps Developer to join the company. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the software infrastructure and tools that enable our development teams to build, test, and release software efficiently.

In Short

• Set up and manage containers using Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms.
• Design, set up, and maintain developer, testing, and production environments.
• Develop and implement Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Implement IaC solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Set up monitoring and logging tools to track application performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications across multiple environments.
• Implement and maintain DevOps tooling to streamline processes.
• Work closely with development teams for integration of new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts.
• Proficiency in shell scripting.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Complete proficiency in Linux.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana, etc.
• Strong knowledge of the CI/CD development process.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
