Senior Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging - Remote

Overview

Symmetrio is seeking multiple Senior Field Service Engineers on behalf of a long-standing organization known for delivering advanced diagnostic imaging solutions; including CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound. This company provides sales, refurbishment, and end-to-end service for high-end imaging systems across multiple manufacturers.

In Short

• Perform advanced service and maintenance on MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound systems.
• Lead equipment installations and technical site readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues independently.
• Ensure compliance with OEM service standards.
• Manage scheduling and service expectations with site contacts.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Travel regularly to support regional service needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment according to safety standards.

Requirements

• OEM-specific field service experience (preferably PET CT and or GE).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Strong documentation and compliance skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
• Preferred location in the Midwest or East coast.
