Overview

Symbotic is seeking a Technical Support Administrator to enhance the operations of our A.I.-powered robotic technology platform at customer sites, ensuring efficient resolution of help requests and issues.

In Short

  • Field incoming help requests from end users via email, chat, and CRM.
  • Manage and prioritize Site/Network tickets within JIRA.
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups and update tickets.
  • Monitor site infrastructure and overall health.
  • Provide on-call support coverage for customers.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Travel requirement of 5-15% for client site visits.
  • Assist in problem resolution and overall operation support.

Requirements

  • Associate degree; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting and customer service.
  • Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems like JIRA.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory concepts.
  • Solid competencies using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to create and modify SQL scripts.
  • Knowledge of command line and environment variables (Linux++).
  • Experience with remote system support via various methods.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP based networks and protocols.
  • Knowledge of application/hardware support experience.
