The Supervisor, Field Service Maintenance is responsible for managing a team of field technicians and overseeing the coordination and administration of weekly deployment schedules to ensure project priorities are met. This role serves as a key liaison between project sites and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing any site-level issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or minimum 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Certification in electronics, automotive, automation, or equivalent field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• High level of robotic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Must be literate in English, both written and verbal.
• 75% travel required.
• Must be able to work at heights and within restrictive areas.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
