Seasonal Intake Specialist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) - Remote

Overview

Sword Health is seeking a Seasonal Intake Specialist (Doctor of Physical Therapy) to join the Move business unit as part of our Clinical Operations team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for new members, collecting key information and setting them up for success in the program.

In Short

• Conduct onboarding video & audio consultations with members.
• Address high-level questions from members about the program.
• Process information through the Sword Portal.
• Create handoff notes for treatment PTs.
• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction from the start.
• Part-time position with 10-25 hours per week.
• Requires a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience required.
• Experience with musculoskeletal disorders is a plus.
• Work from home with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and adaptability.
• Hard-working and capable of managing pressure.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule.
• Minimal to no weekend hours available.
