Overview

The Behavior Specialist is responsible for providing home and community-based case management and behavioral support services to clients and their families, focusing on evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

In Short

  • Work both remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required.
  • Experience with medical record software and database programs.
  • Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Must be able to travel to clients’ locations.
