Control Risks is looking for an Embedded Senior Physical Red Team Specialist to support a Fortune 500 Tech Client's Red Teaming operation.

• Develop and plan regular physical intrusion Red Team tests for various sites.
• Conduct on-site physical intrusion Red Team assessments.
• Conduct covert assessments of technical security infrastructure.
• Interview security stakeholders to determine operational security practices.
• Collect and present findings clearly for analysis.
• Provide recommendations regarding security policies and practices.
• Maintain technical proficiency in the security industry.
• Enhance client relationships through high-quality reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Red Teaming and physical security assessments.
• Strong understanding of technical security infrastructure.
• Ability to conduct interviews with security stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in security policies and practices.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
• Ability to work remotely while being close to a major airport.
