  • Looking for an NHS Customer Success Manager to scale the business.
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring retention and growth.
  • Improve customer success processes including onboarding and training.
  • Survey users to ensure they get maximum impact from solutions.
  • Maintain proactive/reactive relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Manage real-time queries and compile progress reports.

Requirements

  • Experience working inside or directly with the NHS.
  • Experience with project management and/or account management.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with strategic account growth.
  • Quantitative approach to key metrics improvement.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite.
  • Familiarity with designing presentations and Canva is a bonus.
