• Create asset variations for A/B testing.
• Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with various teams including B2B, Marketing, and Product.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely deliverables.

Requirements

• 9+ years of design experience, preferably in B2B.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe CC.
• Proficient in layout composition.
• Expert skills for web, email, and print design.
• Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
