Tax Associate - Remote

Overview

The Tax Associate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting tax laws and regulations applicable to ONESOURCE™ applications and offerings, while also providing guidance and support to other departments.

In Short

• Research, analyze, and document tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax statutes and regulations.
• Correspond with global and local tax authorities.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding tax issues.
• Provide recommendations on complex tax and legal issues.
• Test tax content changes for quality assurance.
• Maintain accuracy of tax/legal information in content database.
• Utilize online research tools effectively.
• Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated tax research and writing skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced software skills (Excel, Word).
• Additional language skills preferred.
• Experience in Indirect tax is a plus.
