Senior Tax Analyst, Tax Research & Content - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Tax Research & Content Analyst is responsible for research, configuration, ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and testing to ensure that ONESOURCE™ applications comply with tax rules and laws in complex jurisdictions.

• Represent Tax Research & Content as a subject matter expert.
• Develop training materials and provide mentoring.
• Research and document tax laws and regulations.
• Anticipate impacts of regulatory developments.
• Design and execute test scenarios for content accuracy.
• Correspond with tax authorities on complex matters.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with Customer Support.
• Contribute to tax application feature requirements.
• Communicate complex issues to non-tax professionals.
• Meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years indirect tax experience.
• Experience with tax calculation software (e.g., ONESOURCE™).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to utilize online research tools.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced software skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English required.
• Education in Tax/Accounting/Finance or relevant certifications.
• Experience in public accounting or corporate tax is desired.
