Design Systems Designer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Designer with strong UX and UI skills and a demonstrable history of working in building and shaping design systems, as well as a history of bringing design thinking insight to deliver compelling user experiences and user interfaces to join our growing UX organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years design experience in creating simple solutions for complex challenges.
• 1+ year in a design system environment.
• Experience in responsive design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG, AODA).
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to grow and adapt in the role.
• Familiarity with web standards and front-end development best practices.
• BA/BS in graphic design or related field preferred.
