Requirements

• 7+ years total recruiting experience with 5+ years in technical recruiting.
• Success hiring across mechanical, software, and avionics in startup settings.
• Experience building or upgrading recruiting processes.
• Ability to source hard-to-find engineering talent.
• Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling JDs and outreach.
