In Short

• Oversee multiple project activities associated with the onboarding of major clients.
• Facilitate and lead to satisfy customer and Sutherland-generated requirements.
• Manage procurement using tools such as Ariba.
• Utilize Project Management solutions like Smartsheet.
• Skilled in Networking, IVR, Telecom, and Recording Technologies.
• Experience in BPO infrastructure and/or technology operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Avaya and Genesys is essential.
• Experience with OCI, Azure, and Google Cloud is an asset.
• Ensure zero client escalations.
• Document and execute specific requirements for new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 5-10 years of technical-based project management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• PMI membership and PMP Certification preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
