In Short

• Oversee project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional project execution with various teams.
• Manage high-priority projects ensuring timely completion.
• Create detailed project plans and identify required resources.
• Establish effective communication plans for stakeholder management.

• Ensure compliance with Design Control and Business processes.
• Support the PMO in developing project management tools.

• Position may involve travel up to 25% within the United States and Europe.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in managing New Product Development projects.
• Prior experience with medical device products preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leader and team-worker with a focus on development.
• BS in Engineering or Science; MS preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, APM or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
