In Short

• Manage or lead technical projects, fixing reliability issues, and tracking service metrics.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to plan reasonable deadlines for success.
• Responsible for project cost estimation and budget management.
• Adhere to quality processes and complete audits for compliance.
• Provide project communications, including status reports and updates.
• Collect feedback from customer stakeholders.
• Lead implementation activities and perform post-implementation reviews.
• Travel to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S.
• Telecommuting from home office location is permitted.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical lead or project manager.
• Experience in preparing detailed requirement documents and functional specifications.
• Experience in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and change orders.
• Experience with project management plans using Smart Sheets or similar software.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and scrum framework.
• Experience in leading integration testing and preparing test documents.
• Experience in coordinating with stakeholders for project status reporting.
