Overview

The Transition Director / Project Manager is responsible for managing large and complex client-facing projects while leading a team of resources to ensure successful implementation and operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is required.
• Prince2 or PMP certification preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements.
