• Deliver primary/secondary substation design and transmission line projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders and project managers in Europe.
• Bring engineering capabilities to high voltage primary electrical plant design.
• Develop industry knowledge of international design standards.
• Demonstrate leadership on assigned projects.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables.
• Design layout and specifications for HV transmission and distribution substations.
• Conduct earthing system analysis and design.
• Manage selected projects and design processes.
• Develop technical competency of junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 20 years’ experience in substation primary design.
• Consulting experience in power projects with international exposure.
• Experience in utility processes from concept to construction.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong mathematical skills for engineering calculations.
• Organizational skills and proactive project management.
• Ability to solve technical problems.
• Leadership and influencing skills.
• Commitment to continuous technical development.
