Sutherland is seeking a reliable and organized person to join us as a Sr. Associate Server Administrator. This role involves administration and maintenance of remote monitoring and management systems, ensuring effective server operations, and responding to critical system alerts.

In Short

• Be in charge of administration and maintenance of remote monitoring systems.
• Update agent scripts and respond to alerts.
• Monitor dashboards and conduct periodic system reviews.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Plan and support activities in patching and remediation management.
• Coordinate with technology teams for vulnerability closure.
• Provide 24/7 support coverage.
• Continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management initiatives.
• Deployment of agents on newly created servers.
• Ensure compliance validation and mitigation based on reports.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support with Microsoft applications and operating systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, and virtual environments.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Anti-Virus and Backup Software.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication abilities.
• A high school diploma with a 4-year degree in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of PCI controls and audits.
