Requirements

  • Must speak Russian and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or valid Bulgarian ID).
  • Join Sutherland on a permanent contract.
  • Complete a 6-month probation period.
  • Referrals must be submitted before the referred applicant applies.
  • Must have six months of inactivity for previously referred candidates.
  • All Sutherland employees from Level 1 to Level 6 can refer.
  • Referral submissions processed by Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Referral validity is 6 months.
  • Bonus eligibility requires successful hiring.
