Requirements

• Must speak Turkish and English at a B2 level or higher.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria.
• Must join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
• Complete a 6-month probation period.
• Referrals must be resubmitted after 6 months of inactivity.
