In Short

• Develop training materials: Script training content and review changes.
• Participate in implementation: Schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct training evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation.
• Expertise in ADDIE and SAM process, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and instructional models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in writing training materials.
• Strong facilitation and classroom management skills preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and constructivism.
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
• Minimum one year experience in customer or technical support service.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in learning and development environment.
• Bachelor’s or college degree in relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and world-class service.
