EBS Technical Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated EBS HR Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources (HR) modules and will be responsible for providing technical support, development, and enhancements to our HR systems.

In Short

• Provide technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and interfaces using Oracle tools.
• Perform technical analysis, design, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EBS HR modules.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure all technical documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for EBS HR systems.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle.
• Stay current with new features in Oracle EBS.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS technical development.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and related tools.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Oracle E-Business Suite certifications are a plus.
