In Short

• Provide daily guidance, support, and oversight to the offshore AP data processing team.
• Actively monitor and manage AP queues within Coupa to ensure a smooth flow of invoices and payments.
• Serve as a resource for the offshore team on all technical aspects of Coupa, NetSuite, and Navan.
• Collaborate with the offshore team to address and resolve complex vendor inquiries and payment issues.
• Act as a critical liaison between the AP Manager and the offshore team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable role.
• Proven experience working with and supporting offshore or remote teams.
• Demonstrated experience in a role requiring significant problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Coupa P2P platform.
• Solid working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Familiarity with Navan for managing expense and travel processing.
