In Short

• Lead and manage the Global Accounts Payable function across NAMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Build, mentor, and lead the AP team.
• Develop and implement AP policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align AP operations.
• Ownership of AP compliance across multiple tiers.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to AP.

Requirements

• 5+ years of AP experience in a high-volume, global, tech-savvy environment.
• People management experience with multiple direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flawless attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing processes.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and compliance practices.
