As the Senior Client Solution Architect, you will report to the VP Professional Services and work closely with the CTO, Delivery, Sales, and Product Teams as you provide technical and project leadership in delivering CoreCONNECT.

In Short

Lead customer work streams for people, process, and technology
Drive project success by aligning customer stakeholders
Design customer solutions based on repeatable IP and assets
Collaborate on complex customer requirements
Support the Delivery Team with technical solution implementation
Participate in sales meetings and presentations
Make complex decisions for customer solutions
Lead due diligence exercises pre and post-contract
Work closely with system integrators and partners
Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of work related experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in developing complex integrated technical solutions
Problem-solving skills and technology-based solutions
Industry knowledge in Cloud/SaaS/PaaS solutions
Experience in Insurance Technology solutions
