SaaS E-Commerce Customer Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a remote position with occasional onsite meetings and travel.

In Short

• Help new customers get started with the platform.
• Guide customers through data integration.
• Ensure customers are well-trained on platform features.
• Manage multiple projects ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months.
• Break projects into manageable tasks and track progress.
• Teach customers how to configure and use the platform effectively.
• Develop automation tasks in SureDone’s automation engine.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding.
• 2+ years in eCommerce, preferably with hands-on management of listings.
• Experience with multichannel eCommerce software.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Fluent English with clear communication.
• Consistent availability during Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Authorized to work in the US.
