• Success in building and shipping high-value products in agile environments.
• Strong iterative design practices and platform-oriented design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of platform capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with development technologies such as JavaScript, PHP/Ruby/Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with web analytics services like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
