Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-first HR Coordinator with 5+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations environment. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our client’s People team and play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle—from scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires to managing freelancer coordination and timesheet tracking.

In Short

  • Schedule interviews and internal meetings for candidates and team members.
  • Prepare and send offer letters for new hires.
  • Support documentation and communications for employee offboarding.
  • Assist with contract creation for freelancers and contractors.
  • Monitor timesheet submissions and prepare reports.
  • Help improve and streamline People Ops workflows.
  • Keep digital records organized and up to date.
  • Serve as a go-to contact for HR-related processes.
  • Collaborate with executive assistants and team leads.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of departures and offboarding tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with freelancer and contractor management.
  • Ability to manage shared calendars and logistics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with timesheet tracking and reporting.
  • Curiosity about new tools (including AI) for HR enhancement.
  • Ability to maintain accurate digital records.
