• We are looking for an Applied Researcher to enhance our research works at SupraOracles.
• The team is actively researching and developing in core areas of fault tolerant distributed systems, formal verification, program analysis, interoperable blockchains, and cryptography.
• Ideal candidates should have expertise in mathematics, cryptography, formal methods, and probability theory.
• Responsibilities include studying research papers, evaluating research ideas, and implementing prototypes.
• Good communication skills are essential for discussions, reports, and presentations.
• Masters or PhD in computer science is required.
• Experience in research labs and familiarity with programming languages like Java, Rust, GoLang, JavaScript/NodeJS, and Solidity is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with open source projects and knowledge of algorithms and data structures is necessary.
• Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities are important.
• Preferred background in mathematics with strong probability modeling skills.

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in computer science.
• Published papers in cryptography, distributed systems, formal methods, or algorithms.
• Experience in a research lab.
• Familiarity with programming languages: Java, Rust, GoLang, JavaScript/NodeJS, Solidity.
• Experience with GitHub codebases.
• Hands-on experience on open source projects.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic understanding of cryptography and smart contract development.
• Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred: Mathematics background with strong probability modeling skills.
